I recently acquired a very large, very old, Italian Pasta Extruding Machine and a Ravioli Maker. There are no manuals, at least that I can find and neither my Italian, nor the factory’s English, is very good so we have started on an adventure. We will get it up and running and then will have the capability to produce a wide range of pastas for you made fresh daily in the bakery. But don’t just think Italian. We love Asian noodles as well, and will be making hand-stretched Ramen noodles, rice noodles and much more. Our Noodle Bowl will be the freshest in town.
